Established in 1997 and based in Lancashire, The Sachet Company is a leading sachet filling manufacturer of fully recyclable and non-recyclable sachets and pouches, recyclable plastic tubes and bottles.
The company began manufacturing using a second-hand, single lane machine and not a single order on the books. Orders soon came flooding in, allowing the company to grow steadily over the following years. During this time, we have gained a vast array of knowledge, experience and expertise, across thousands of different product lines in a variety of market sectors.
Our production and manufacturing capabilities have evolved over time to now include a full suite of multi-lane sachet filling machines, capable of filling sachets and pouches with liquids, oils, serums, gels, creams, balms, pastes, muds, greases, powders and granules.
To compliment our sachet filling manufacturing services, we have invested in tube filling and sealing machines together with various other non-automated packaging solutions which can be configured to suit a variety of tasks.
The company was originally founded to fill a gap in the market for high quality, bespoke and low volume sachet filling contracts. We aim to provide our customers with a high quality product and a high quality service at a competitive price.
A quarter of a century later and The Sachet Co. are still innovating and collaborating with our clients in order to design, develop and implement sachet filling solutions for all non-food stuff product types.
