Sachets of various types require specific process controls in manufacturing and testing, we cater for most end uses. Sachets manufactured for magazine insertion can be pressure tested to extreme levels and manufactured from specifically graded films which are suitable to sustain high impact pressures involved with magazine distribution.
Sachets can be coded as required, our wide range of machinery uses deboss and foil printed coding systems.
Our internal quality system ensures no machine can be run without a signed off job sheet which involves a checklist of customer requirement. Samples for approval can be scanned and emailed or posted for approval.
